To keep up with growing e-commerce warehousing demand, Kidds Transport has invested £1.6m in 130,000 additional square feet of warehousing. The company has seen significant growth in demand for this recently.
As well as warehousing for e-commerce customers the added space includes two acres of parking for Kidds’ projected growth in its fleet as well as to meet outside space demand from its clients.
“This investment means that we’re now able to provide our major customers with an additional local warehousing facility and will facilitate further growth,” said Kidds Transport managing director Simon Park.
“This new facility will give us a total of 220,000ft² of warehousing across our two sites, which will allow us to expand our warehousing client base,” he added.
